So Mathias (Dibu22) and myself have scored a 13hp, 1″ horizontal drive Honda motor that we’re going to turn into ‘s only winch. Actually, I scored the motor but that’s not the point. The point is we’re building a freaking winch!!

So, we have the motor, we’re going to use an old dolly as the frame and all we need is the clutch (torque converter or centrifugal) and spool. How hard can it be? Haha.
